Angry Misplaced toilet installation

Even after checking and rechecking I managed to set the rough framing at 12" instead of 12.5" fromthe center of the toilet flange.
What can I do to rectify this mistake? (Wallboard is now up and tub installed)

Need advice badly!!

There should be enough 'slop' in the various components to allow it to work. Try fitting the toilet.

I am assuming the flange hole is precise and the plumbing unable to allow the flange to be moved. If you can budge the flange a bit, that helps also.

Test-fit the toilet, tank and all. What does it look like?

Toilet will set at 12" to center, tank lid may seem tight to wall but it will work.
