Whirlpool Tub Jets Leak

Turning on my whirlpool tub yesterday, I discovered a leak coming from the bathroom floor. One of the jets is apparently
leaking. Are there any suggestions for repairing the jets without tearing out the drywall. Is there a simple fix, like a worn out rubber washer? The whirlpool tub is 10 years old, but has been used sparingly.

There should be an access panel on the front of the unit.

No matter what, you will need access to the opposite side of jet in order to work on this.

Upon inspection of unit, it might be an entirely different leak.
