Uninstall of a Fiberglass Shower Stall

We have an existing corner shower that has a fiberglass bottom and tiled walls. The previous owners tiled the fiberglass bottom. Due to wear and tear and poor installation the tile is coming up. I removed the tile and found a crack, I assume that the bottom was tiled to hide the crack. Now we are in the beginning stages of planning a bathroom renovation.

My question, when we remove the fiberglass bottom and doors, will the tile floor and tiled walls be damaged? We have some floor tiles but no wall tiles. We are trying to decide how much of a renovation we will have to do.....and noone at the stores can seem to give us an answer.

Just my $.02 worth here, but if it were me, I'd gut the whole thing back to the studs & start from scratch. It'll be easier to replace plumbing & everything else new than to try to mess around with matching up new to old. That cracked shower pan & the tile on it definitely need to go so you can check for any damage caused by the cracked pan.
