rough height of medicine cabinet from floor

Can anyone give me advice as to the standard height from thr floor of the rough opening for a medicine cabinet?

Around 53", but keep in mind that it should not be too low for tall users or too high for short users.

if you have a mirror in the front door the avrg is 60 inches center from mirror to the floor

The NKBA rules of thumb is that the BOTTOM EDGE of the mirror over the lavatory should be a maximum of 40" above the floor or a maximum of 48" above the floor if it is tilted.

Now depending on the height of your medicine cabinet, the measurements below may fall right in there. Regardless, it should be comfortable for the users of the the home.
