Bathroom plan questions

We are just getting into exploring how we are going to re-do our two bathrooms and am looking for some initial planning advice.

1. Our tub is 60x32 it is also a shower with sliding doors. (standard by all means) Do they make a large enough whirlpool type tubs that would accomodate a wall-type shower? The ones we've seen so far do not have a large enough base (or they don't seem to) to accomodate a person just taking a normal standing shower. Should we plan on a non-jet tub?

2. The two bathrooms are on top of each other, and the toilets share a common discharge pipe. Is it a waste of time to even be thinking about moving the 2nd floor toilet? (about 7 foot diagonally from where it is)
(yes, we plan on redoing the floors, if that helps)

1. Yes they do, but it's not the same. Plan on a normal tub with shower.

2. Don't do it. It's not worth the cost in your case.
