hard to find shower door

Our house was built in 1976 and our shower originally had an accordian-type shower door, which we removed about fifteen years ago and replaced with a curtain. I would like to purchase a glass shower door, but I cannot find one that is the correct size anymore. Do you have any ideas on where to purchase one?

Aladdintn,

I don't see any problem getting a replacement shower door. If you notice, these are adjustable- please read the "how to measure" and see their detailed installation instructions. Check with HD or Lowes - as Snoonyb mentioned, they can order you a door or check with your local plumbing supply house.

Here are some links to various name brand manufacturers,

Hope this helps!

Thanks so much for the help and info. I had previously checked with our Lowe's, and they said they didn't have one/couldn't get one. Of course, they oftentimes don't have knowledgeable salespeople here where I live. I had given up but I'll get back on track with the info you have given me.

Aladdintn,

You're very welcome! You shouldn't have any trouble getting what you need.

Good Luck!
