restore fiberglass or plastic

having SERIOUS issues with the massively stained shower unit( pan, walls and bench), and sink/counter top in the bathroom of what we'll call "home" for the next month or so! Its a vintage airstream travel trailer that we plan to sell as soon as were done with it. parts are rare and costly. the trailer belongs to my in-laws, so i will not profit from its sale. for these reasons, i cannot consider replacement. I was really hoping the stuff at the depot would work welll on fiberglass or plastic ( its a 1973-maybe its plastic). Has anyone had good results on fiberglass or plastic with anything? I really need something that i can do myself.

If the the surface has been broken, then you are pretty much limited to a polish such as gel-gloss.
I've had some success with bleach and a coarce brush, rinsed and then a polish.
Remember, its fiberglass, a Corvett that you bath in.
