Question laminate countertop installation

I'm about to install my new laminate countertops which came with the ends mitered but I have to put them together. They did supply biscuits and bolts but no glue. I understand that I should use a waterproof glue. I thought that there was a glue that is made for this purpose that comes in different colours to match the countertop. Is this true? Should I be using that?

Any advice would be welcome.

Thanks!

The seam is so small and tight that the color will not matter.
Use polyseamseal, user friendly, works with water and an excellant sealer.

where to buy polyseamseal

Thanks for your advice...

Do you know where I could purchase this? I didn't see it at HD. Could I use silicone caulk instead?

Thanks again!

Its carried at the HD and Lowes here on the truly left coast. Also at ACE & TRUE VALUE. Another source would be plumbing supply houses and/or appliance vendors.

Try a google search:www.polyseamseal.com

Silicone is best when found in a landfill, unopened, then transferred to an even deeper trench.
