I have a hairline crack in the bathtub. Doesn't seem to look major but can surely tell it's a crack. What do I do? What can I do? ...besides replacing the whole tub? hahahahaha...no, really...! I've also just finished tiling the outer side portion of the tub and want to seal the space between the tub and grout with bathroom silicone sealant...would that be the right stuff to use? The grout product said not to use "sealant"...which I'm assuming they're talking about grout sealant? Just want to be sure. I know...stupid question. Any help appreciated! First time DIYer!

I'm about to install my new laminate countertops which came with the ends mitered but I have to put them together. They did supply biscuits and bolts but no glue. I understand that I should use a waterproof glue. I thought that there was a glue that is made for this purpose that comes in different colours to match the countertop. Is this true? Should I be using that? Any advice would be welcome. Thanks! :)
