Laminate countertops

I am wanting laminate countertops and am considering laying laminate over the existing well-adhered laminate. Am I living in a dream world wondering if is possible to add and create a bullnose edge, or do I have to have the straight edge already in place? Or are there any good suggestions what else could might be possible. Thanks, Molly

If you have the standard roll-edged countertop, you will not be able to roll new vinyl over the rolled edge.

You can purchase new laminate countertops very reasonably - with the bullnose finish - called NOVA in one company. About $350ish for a good size kitchen. It is a special order but looks great.

Thanks for the help. I've got some odd angles, 30 degrees in the kitchen. I was hoping to use in the separate straight places the 'pre-fab' pieces you speak of but was hoping there might be a way to DIY on the angles myself. I didn't think it was possible to create bull-nose but thought it was worth asking. Thanks again! Molly
