Remove Metal Kitchen Cabinets

I have all metal kitchen cabinets from the '40's or '50's. I have searched the web high and low for instructions on how to remove them so I can install new wood cabinets. Does anyone have a source where I can get actual instructions on how to get the darn things off the wall? With pictures if possible. This has been a most frustrating search.
Thank you for any help you can supply.

Thombar,

Metal cabinets are usually attached with hangers. You must lift up cabinet until it clears hanger. Pictures not needed.

Hope this helps!

If these are old Youngstown cabinets, remove them with care. They may be worth more intact to a collector than you know.
