New House - Replacing Cabinets after move-in

Hello. Bought a new house. Pretty much the budget has gone to kitchen stuff and flooring. At this time, the cabinets in the bathroom are "paint grade" according to the home builder. What does this mean? Also, will it be easy to replace these cabinets later on? Will do it now if I have to? Thanks

Dunno what paint grade means, other than it's probably wood with knots and holes in it filled with putty so you would'nt get a nie look if you tried to stain the wood. So, paint them.

Replacing bathroom cabinets is not difficult. The only caveat is if you have a large mirror on the wall, and it rests on the vanity top.

technically, the mirror should be installed in a metal fitting along the bottom that is screwed into the walls, and not really resting on the vanity top.... However, two of our bathrooms were done this way (1960) and they WERE resting on the vanity top, at least the metal channel wasn't doing much supporting.
