My bathroom is 45 sq ft.I want to put in a new ceiling exhaust.I want to run the duct 20 ft to a outside wall.Is this to far to run the duct?I am going to use insulated flex.

You may want to consider smooth aluminum or galvanized 4" round ducting for that length of run. Unless the pipe runs through an area of extreme cold, insulating it may be a moot point. Using the smooth bore will eliminate sags and will allow the air to move more smoothly. But if you choose to use the flex, 20' is not too long a run as long as you don't turn it too much. Try to keep it as straight as possible and support it where necessary.
