Question HELP-how to remove totally corroded bolts from bathroom wall

I was in the process of changing the mechanism inside the toilet tank when I realized the 2 bolts that hold the tank to the wall are totally corroded. The heads of the bolts are totally gone. My question is how/what is the best way to remove these corroded bolts (or what is left of them) from the wall. I thought about drilling them out but I don't think I could get a straight angle into the hole. I really do not want to take the tank off the wall for fear of running into further problems with piping below. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

If this heads are not flush with the wall, you could take some vice grips and twist them out.

If the bolt(s) are flush against the wall, you are going to have to drill them out.
