As a professional refinisher we are faced with this type of problem all the time. if the acrylic tub is flexing you must first see to it that is stable before addressing the crack issue.
1.locate the areas where the tub is flexing.
2. Drill 1/4 inch holes into the area and inject with Insulating foam. The two component foam that dries instantly is best.
3. At the end of each Drill a small hole right where the cracks end. The crack will stop at the point where hole is made. This is known as stop drilling. If you do not do this the crack will "run" even after the repair.
4. Instead of using epoxy I would use a two part polyester filler (bondo) to float out the crack
5. Once the repair is complete clean and lightly sand the area with 400 grit sandpaper.
6. Wipe surfae with denatured alcohol.
7. Purchase a portable sprayer made by
"PREVAL" Basically a portable sprayer. about
$3.95 cents and some tub repair paint at the local hardware store.
8. Mix and spray light coats.Try and get a close matching color.
9. Let cure.
10. Use a Car polish urethane compound and buff to blend and feather edges.

Here is a link so you can see exactly what a preval sprayer looks like. They sell them at HOME DEPOT or Most hardware stores. I am sending you this since most people dont even know they exist. http://www.prevalspraygun.com/
