New tile backsplash - exhisting outlets
I'm going to be installing a tile backsplash and was wondering how you deal with exhisting power outlets and switch's.
Is it as easy as loosening the 2 screws holding the switch to the outer box to allow for the .5 inch or so needed?
Also, I'll be using a "tumbled" tile form one of the local HI stores, any tips on grouting with all those little holes and cracks

Carefully remove the outlets and switches and see that the ears of the fixture are placed on top of the new tile. With that particular tile you will also have to buy longer screws.
Also with that tile will want to seal the tile before you attempt to grout it.
Fill the holes you love so dearly with the grout also and you won't be harbouring critters in those holes down the road.
