I have no ground wire in my bathroom. I'm currently remodeling and I'm going to replace the receptacles with gfci outlets. It's my understanding (from this board) that the gfci works find w/o the ground wire. However I'm wondering if it's against code or unsafe to install a whirlpool tub w/o a ground wire and hook it to the new gfci?

Hello, We're nearing the end of a bathroom remodel and we're to the part where we're putting up the corner trim and baseboards. We're having a lot of problems using the pop-in pvc corner pieces for the paneling in the corner. I was wondering if it would be easier and look better if I used some sort of rubber molding for the inside and outside corners? If I were to use rubber molding what's the best way to attach it? I would assume glue, but assuming has cost me a lot of extra money in this remodel already! Also, what exactly would I ask for at the hardware store? Rubber molding? I've looked around Lowes for something like this and haven't been able to locate it (though I didn't really ask for help as we weren't ready for the trim yet). We tried using some of the bathroom tape (the stuff you're supposed to be able to use on tub surrounds instead of caulk) on the corners, and it looks alright but it's really hard to get it in there straight because it's not quite rigid enough. I should mention this is an old house with a lot of crooked walls/corners. As you can probably tell from my post, I'm extremely new at doing home improvements, and I apprecate any help you guys might be able to give me.
