installing 3 piece shower surround

I'm having some cabinets built for my kitchen and I have a question about the hinges. Most of the pictures in the magazines show flush mount cabinets with part of the hinge exposed. Is there a hinge that can be hidden for this type of installation? Thanks Dave

I recently purchased a condo and renovated it. I'm not sure if this problem exhisted before or not as I had never used the bath and someone else took the teardrop knob assembly off. When trying to put the know back on, I'm confused on how exactly the thing goes back together. If I put the teardrop @ 6 o'clock as moen states it should be, when I turn the water to hot it is cold and vice versa. If the teardrop is @ 12 o'clock, the water comes out properly but the off is at the top not the bottom as stated on the face plate. Also the white plastic part seems to float around and has no connection to anything! can someone give me steps on how to re-install the fixture knob correctly? :wall:
