Cracked wall tile does it have to be removed

In my bathtub repair job I have now cracked a ceramic tile.
Can I repair this tile without removing it? I have an idea to cut out the crack with my dremel and then grout that area. It will be touchy but I may be able to do it. I have no idea where to find a matching tile to replace it and will I crack or break more tiles trying to remove this one. So I am hopeful someone has a great idea on sealing this cracked tile.
Thanks again.

Hi, KOT,

Nothing you can do to that tile is ever going to make it look right except replacement. If you can't find a match, take out a few more at random locations on all the walls. Replace with accent tiles or contrasting tiles.

You shouldn't worry about cracking surrounding tiles unless you don't know what caused the first one to crack...then we'll have a different problem

Thanks for your help Connie. The tile is stable and not shifting so I'm going to use my Dremel and cut between the crack then I will fill it with grout.
If anyone has tried this please leave me any tips you can.
