fiberglass shower
We have a fiberglass shower liner...beige and ugly. There is nothing wrong with it other than it is unsightly. Is there a way to cover it with tile? I would, at least, cover the parts that are visible from outside the shower. Any suggestions?

Are you talking about a shower surround? If so, you can install a new one. If talking about a fiberglass unit, tiling over fiberglass is not recommended. There is too much movement which could result in cracked grout. Adhesion issues are a concern. Curved surfaces are also a challenge.
A shower curtain can be installed to hide the visible parts of the shower on the outside. It is not clear why the shower is 'unsightly.' If in good condition, is it the color? If it is the color, then you can post in the Decorating Forum to get tips for decorating with beige.
