Trouble installing blanco drop in sink

I'm having trouble screwing the clamps under the sink - the sink won't lie flat against the counter. Is there any trick to this? The sink came with no instructions so any advice would be appreciated!

What type counter, and do you have and are the clamps installed properly with the long part over the counter underside? The best way to tighten these is to use, I believe a 1/4" or 5/6" driver, rather than trying with a screwdriver.

What is the total thickness of the countertop at the sink hole. You may not be able to use the clamps at all - that wouldn't be unusual.

This is a real pain in the butt guys! How about you get a little respect for the people that come here to do your work for you for free while you sit back and collect the advertising dollars.

How about you reduce that 180 second minimum to a 60 second minimum. That's all it takes to discourage the auto clicks.
