Question Vanity top versus installed granite top

I'm replacing my pre-existing half bath corian countertop with granite and undermount sink.

The countertop is ~50" x ~22", except the sink is not centered.

I could get one of these granite vanity tops w/ sink included from Home Depot for $300.

Or I could have the granite installed and faucet holes drilled and sink mount cutout for me.

Can anyone think of reason for/against one of these methods? To me, it looks like it'll cost about the same, but I don't know about quality of material. If you've been through one of these and would do it different next time around, I'd like to hear about it.

Vanity

If the sink is not going to be centered, this sounds like a custom job.

If I get a smaller top, like 30" probably, then the sink will be centered.
