Replacing bathroom vanity not sink

Can bathroom vanity be removed WITHOUT removing sink?
It's a special made sink. The reason for the special sink is that it has to fit into a small area. And to have room on the vanity and open the bathroom door (the bathroom door is special made, too) the sink was made to fit the area.
Vanity has become damaged, hence the need to replace the vanity and not the sink.
Thank you.

You can put the old sink on a new vanity, but yes, the sink comes out with the vanity. You can then install the new vanity and reinstall the sink on it.
