Tile/Drywall Transition

Okay, I recently remodel my bathroom myself and I have no experience in doing this type of stuff. The problem that I have is I am done with everything now but where the tile from the shower meets the drywall on the outside of the tub there us an issue. In most of the areas the tile is about 1/4 inch setting back further from the drywall and there is about that much space in between the tile and drywall also. I know I can caulk the space between the tile/drywall but how do I make it look right at this point to make it all level?
Please Help!!

Are you saying the drywall extends 1/4" past the tile at the point where they meet? If that's the case, how did that happen?

OK, I know this doesn't help now, but the proper way would've been to use 1/2" tile backer and 1/2" drywall and put the seam so that 2" of your last tile was laying on the drywall, mud and finish that seam, paint the wall up to the seam and use a tile bullnose or trim tile for a clean line.

As it stands now you could try to span with a bullnose or trim or even a wood moulding, Or caulk if that will look better. I don't know if anything will look right.

A picture would help.
