Wink Replacing Laminate countertops

Is there a such thing as laminate counter sheets? I was wanting to replace my countertop in the kitchen without actually buying the whole counter. Is that possible?

You can buy sheet laminate at most home centers. The degree of difficulty will depend on the layout of your existing countertops. If you have laminate tops with integral backsplashes the job is a lot more difficult. The same goes for rounded edges.

If you decide to redo the tops a laminate trimmer is a good tool to have.

The current laminate can be removed and a new one can be set... but I am not sure if this is a simple task for a DIYs, if you are a beginner. Depends of the shapes, curves, sink, etc

Anyway, I'd suggest to post a picture and the questions in the Counters and Cabinets forum
