Resurface steel?

They make some paints that could bond to porcelain, but don't expect it to last in a sink envorinment.

Paintings and coatings for a busy porcelain sink are not long-term durable options. You are better off to purchase a new sink. Too many posts about peeling paints and coatings. By the time you calculate cost of coating and your time if DIY or costs to pay a pro to do the job, you are more pennywise to purchase a new sink.

If this is an odd ball size sink that you feel you must keep, consider powder coating. It is almost as good as a porcelien coating, but much less expensive. Otherwise, get a new sink.
