bathroom tile caulk peeling off
We just had our bathroom professionally done last summer. We love the way it turned out.The only problem so far is that the caulk he put between the tile and tub is coming loose already. Is this something to be expected? What is the best way to do this caulking and the caulk to use? The caulk he used is brown sandy colored. The tile cement he used seems to be doing fine except for right around the tub where it meets the tlle. Any ideas. We also have a shower in the tub and we use it most.Hopefully that is not the problem. thanks

It's not that long ago & I'm sure you paid good money. Call the contractor & ask him to redo the caulk. If he refuses, file a complaint with the dept of consumer affairs. Then remove the old caulking & ask for something in the local hardware store.

caulk coming loose in bathroom
The deal is the guy done a pretty good job all except for the caulk coming loose. He done the job pretty reasonable.Instead of waiting for him to get loose of his present job ,I have all the materials here i think. What is the best caulk or etc to use between the shower and tub in a high moisture area. I have heard of this problem before.I think he used the tile mortor ,instead of sealastic colored caulk. How should it be done. The guy did a good job he is just so-so slow. Get my drift.I realy appreceatted his help so i dont want to push it. thanks for your opinions.
