Bathroom floor
I'm converting a half bath to a handicap accessible bath. Is there any reason why I can't use Pirelli Tile or another rubberized flooring product instead of ceramic tile?

It may be a good product to use, but I would be hesitant since rubberized products cause more friction to the rubber wheels of wheelchairs. The harder the surface the less friction. On our last commercial project, the tile guys were using 10" wide x 3' long wedge shaped pieces of rubber to transition from vct type tile to mondo flooring on the running floor. Worked very well and you hardly notice the change in transition since it was gradual. My concern would be more at the transition in the doorway.

Rubber tiles
I believe this is a good idea.
Wouldn't the friction between tiles and wheels be minimal?
Please let us know what you have used?
Good luck

I'm still shopping. Pirelli wants big bucks. They are to rubber floors what Jacuzzi is to hot tubs. I'm going to make some calls in a little while. I'll post again later.
Edit: I order a poly vinyl floor. It's main application is for garage floors. So water shouldn't bother it nor should a wheel chair, if it comes to that. It looks similar to Pirelli.
