Tempered glass as shower door
hello all,
I have a pane of 1/2" tempered glass that I would like to use as a shower door. It was taken from an existing installation and therefore does not have any hinge cut-outs. Is there any way I can use this glass to make a frameless shower door, considering that there are no existing hinge cut-outs?
if there's no way, what are my options with a frame?

Sounds like you have a nice top for a table.
All heavy glass hinges and hardware I've seen require the glass to be drilled or notched. Something you can not do after it has been tempered. I suppose you could make a frame to hold the glass but why bother. The purpose of heavy glass is to have no frame. When you put a frame around it you could just buy a framed glass door.
