Concealed Hinges and Cabinet Doors

Hello,

I am remodeling my kitchen and painting the cabinets. I would like to mount concealed hinges. Is it better to drill the hole before or after painting the cabinets?

Thank you

I'd drill before - always the chance the drill might mar the surface.

I would also not paint inside the hinge hole on the door. 35mm is 35mm and you don't have a hair's width to maneuver it in with a glob of paint.
