Building Bathroom for Rental Unit- Lowest Cost possible

I'd like to add a bathroom into my home. The room is already framed in with easy access to plumbing and electrical. The room is currently unfinished.

How much would it cost me to add a bathroom at bare minimal costs. Im extremely handy and can enlist any professional's help for free.

Thank You

That's an almost impossible question to answer. We don't know what type of fixtures or anything. You could make a list of all the materials/fixtures you'll need and then price them to get a general idea of the cost.
