Question Paint is unsticking

I saw that the part of the paint is unsticking on my bathroom cabinet. Can I paint it again or Is it flake?

Do you know what type of paint/finish was previously on the cabinet? What prep and what was it repainted with?

Generally paint peels because of improper prep and/or the wrong coatings being used. I suspect latex paint was applied directly over a solvent based enamel or varnish/poly - almost guaranteed failure

More than likely the fix will entail aggressive sanding, a solvent based primer and then a top coat of quality enamel [latex, waterborne or oil base]
