My bathroom floor in not level. My toilet rocks when you sit on it. I am looking for a way to stabilize the toilet without having to level out the floor. Please help.

Bill,
If your toilet is rocking, you may need to pull it and replace the wax ring. It has probably mashed it out of place and it will leak.
To level a toilet on an uneven floor, just seat it onto the new wax ring by standing on toilet and slowly rocking back and forth and settling it as much as possible.
Use a level, and level it by hand.
Use shims under edge of toilet to stablize it. There are plastic shims made for the purpose, but I've always just used beveled cedar shingle strips for shims. Trim them off.
Caulk around base of toilet after you get it level.
Viola! No more problems with rocking/leaking toilet.
Good Luck!
