Where the Cement Board meets the Drywall

Hello you wonderful people here.
I am remodelling my bath and have a questions on corners.
When I put cementboard on and it overlaps the drywall what do you normally use?
Corner guide? Regular Tape? Cmement Board Tape? Or something else?

Thank you

are you putting cement board over the framing?, then finishing the corner?, if so, i would use corner bead, drywall mud on the drywall side, thinset on the cement board side..if tile goes to the corner. You might want to consider the plastic corner bead if there's a wet area/ tiled corner
