Our kitchen cabinetry is just 2 years old. The supports that came with the shelves are just on the left and right ends. As you can see from the photo, it sags in the middle because of the weight. I'm a DIY newbie so I am not sure what to do. When I first brought it up, my husband suggested just putting a 2x4 in there. That seems very insightly and a space-suck. Ideas? I feel silly for asking this question, but no other amount of web research has helped. Even trips to HD and Lowes were fruitless. OK, My towel bars (and most at Lowes, etc.) are secured to the shower door with a special button type nut/screw. They have, at one place only on the side, a very small hole. I'm certain they require a special tool, like a nut driver, which engages the hole and provides leverage to loosen or tighten the nut. Mine won't stay tight and I've been using a pair of thin long nose pliers to retighten them. I'm afraid I'll end up scratching the glass doing this. Can anyone help. What the tool is called? Where to find one for sale, etc.?? Thanks in advance.
