Looking at buying a rehabbed home. Are these good cabniets? Or are they cheap? I'm going to look at the place for a second time tonight. Any ideas on what to look at to tell if they are quality or not?

Rehabbed homes are very difficult to judge, that's everything and not just the cabinets. When a problem pops up that they did not expect, which always happens, they will look for the least expensive way to fix it, or hide it. Cabinets are right where people can see them so I suspect (without knowing) they went middle of the road so as to not look cheap. It is where you can't see what they have done where you need to be concerned.
How old it the original home?
Any history of mold, lead, asbestos, or radon. No vermiculite insulation.
Plumbing prior to 1968 (check that date) used lead based solder.
Heating system: Make sure there are no ducts buried under the slab. Age, performance, energy history.
Check the electrical. Copper wires and no aluminum.
And the list goes on.

I'd also check to make sure those are new cabinets and not old ones that have been painted. Generally site painted finish on cabinets won't wear as well as the factory finish although the prep and type of coating used does make a big difference.
I agree with everything Bud said. A rehabbed house done for the owner who intends to live in it usually has quality as the motive but when it's being flipped - profit is the main goal.... and drywall and paint can hide a lot. Be sure to get the house inspected by a qualified inspector that isn't recommended by the seller or his agent!

Cabinets
Look at the bottom edge of the wall cabinets for clues about the kind of material used. Since the cabinets are painted, I suspect they are made with MDF if new.
