How to repair this broken towel bar?
I have looked online and it seems that they have anchors, but the ones that I have don't?
I really have no idea how to go about and fix it and would like to learn.

You can take the holder to a hardware store and find a toggle bolt with a winged screw that fits. Get the biggest size that will fit to make sure the wings bridge the existing hole.
