Kitchen Tile Backsplash

I am looking to repair this issue very quickly and need your opinion. As you can see in the attached pics, my granite counter has separated from the tile backsplash and split the grout line. This is an issue all the way around the kitchen. What can be done to fix it? Thank you

Welcome to the forums.

I'd scrape out the grout and caulk the joint instead.

I don't know if it's available elsewhere but tile stores sell an array of sand finish caulking to match most grout colors.

Grout does not belong there, it should be a flexible caulking as others have mentioned. If you know the color and name of the grout, you can get a matching caulk that will blend from a tile shop. You can try caulking over the crack and see if it holds before going through the effort to dig all the grout out and chance scraping your granite.
