OLD Kitchen Cabinet Help

I am trying to keep the original cabinets in this house and replace the doors with new. The original cabinets were custom made and it was long enough ago that nothing is going to be easy.

I am trying to figure out a few things.

There is a face frame on all of the cabinets with some detail around the edges. The left side of the cabinet where the left door goes the face frame comes out about 1.5" and is about .75" thick. The right side of the cabinet has the same frame but it is flush to the cabinet (almost).

I am trying to figure out if it would be possible to get a Euro style hinge that would work on each side of this and will I need to order the doors any differently to make this work. I have included some pictures and any advice would be much appreciated.

I would rather not go back to the strange hinge on the outside of the door and the doors all facing the same way in this kitchen.

The outside of the cabinet in question.
