Should the tub with bath tub wall be placed without a sheetrock behind it?
The Pro put a tub with 3 piece bathtub wall surround directly in the bonus bathroom in attic without the sheetrock behind it. Should he place a sheetrock before the tub is placed? Now the insulation is directly placed behind the tub wall without the sheetrock. Click the picture here

Installation is perfectly correct. No sheetrock behind. For a proper fit of the sheetrock above, it is advisable to install 1/4" lattice strips on the face of the studs. That way the sheetrock will sit flat over the flange area.

Thanks for your answer. Is it necessary to use the green board, mold and mildew resistant in the bathroom wall and ceiling?

It is good to install greenboard above the shower, mainly due to it's moisture resistance. If you prime and paint regular sheetrock, you won't have any problems, either.
