How make old tile shine again??

I am getting ready to sell my house and I am regrouting the tile around the bathtub. The tile is dull and I am wondering if there is a way to make the tile shiny again. Does reglazing it do that? Whatever it is I hope to do something that is not too labor intense. Thanks for all suggestions.

It depends on the cause of he dullness. Is it dirt, soap scum, haze from other cleaning products?

Reglazing is a total refinish of the surface. It involves acid etching, priming and then spraying. I have a buddy that does this full time (refinishing tubs and surrounds). Unfortunately, the walls are a bit pricey if you as me. Big Orange box store carries a line of tile cleaning products called Rejuvinate. Supposedly, you spray it on and it does the majority of the leg work. Multiple applications may be needed however depending on the extent of the dirt and grime.
