Vent Pipe in Shower Stall

I ripped out an upstairs one-piece fiberglass shower to put in a new tile shower but I found a vent pipe coming up through the the floor which vents into another piece which vents through the ceiling. I wanted to use one of those pre-builts shower pans like Latricrete Hydro Pan but this pipe is in the way. How would would put in a shower pan and the cement boards on the walls with this thing in the way? I was thinking of building a bench or shelf around it since it's in the corner but wouldn't I be opening myself up to leaks?

here are a couple of photos.

Thanks

Do you have access to the spaces below and above this room? The vent could probably be relocated, although it may take some effort.

I'm sure you could work around it properly and not have issues with leaking, but it probably rules out using a prefab pan.

I'd try hard to relocate the vent first before settling on working around it.

Not sure if you can build out the back wall a few extra inches. That might be the easiest solution so you don't have to re-route the vent pipe.

Can you determine what the vent is for? Hopefully it's only one fixture.

Depending, you might be able to replace the vent pipe with an AAV, air admittance valve.
