Will this sink fit a 33" cabinet?

I've been looking for a double sink that fits a 33" cabinet and my options are pretty limited. I found this one which is 31 3/4 wide. The inside of my cabinet is that width as well. Would this sink fit? Is room more needed for mounting? I'm going to have a quartz countertop.

Says will fit a 33 inch cabinet. Check with your counter top installer they usually have sinks that fit.

One spec sheet I found says it will fit in a 33 cabinet, but another says 36. Normally there would be undermount clips on the sides so it's likely the tops of the cabinet sides would have to be notched to allow clearance for the clips. Unfortunately, manufacturer doesn't seem to supply details of the mounting clips. You could try contacting them and asking for details.

Kohler makes a similar sink that they say will fit in a 33, but it's more expensive. Model K-3355-NA or K-3355-L-NA.

The Kohler is nice, but much more expensive. I guess I would have to contact Blanco.

Quartz requires a 5/8" plywood underlayment.
One option is to forgo the clips and sandwich the sink flange between the plywood and counter top.
Counter guys do this all the time. Your cabinet should be 31.5" inside and a 33" sink should fit.

If the sink doesn't fit, the sides of the cabinet are cut down with a jigsaw to whatever depth needed.

My cabinets use 5/8 thickness for the inside wood. So I have a more than 31.5" inside. But regardless, either way I should be good with this sink?

You will be good with that sink. It's 31-3/4" wide, that's including the flange. You only need room for the bowls in the cabinet, not overall width.

Your counter provider will most likely download a file and cut the opening on a CNC router so you should be in good hands.
