6cm laminated granite - bad seam

Had granite installed throughout the house. Seam is very noticeable. Looking for an easy fix to minimize the appearance. Cannot rip the granite out and start over. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, pictures are needed. Very often grout may be able to smooth out the appearance. Also the location of the seam plays an important part. If it's a small part that falls at the middle of the sink, then it isn't noticeable, but if it's a large slab that goes across the full depth then it can be a bad scene.

It's not a seam running down the top of the granite. It is the seam where the two slabs were laminated at the edges to create the look of 6 cm.
