Looking for tile pattern

I know this is a long shot but we are doing some tile work in our kitchen where we removed an over the stove microwave so now I need to fill that in. It's 4x4 white which is simple but we have a random addition of this decorative tile showing a vase with a green plant. Any idea the best place to find a match?
Thanks

You would have a better chance finding that in your basement than you would on the internet.

Why are you not just replacing it with a new microwave that would cover it all up?

Looks like you have already gone ahead and installed a standard range hood with light.

The chance of you finding any kind of a match for your tile is Zero. So, remove the half tile at the bottom of the space and treat the result as a clean slate and do what you will with it. Note that the tile was originally placed on drywall which has been compromised when the tile was removed. Use a product like Guardz to stabilize the torn drywall paper so you can return to use tile again safely. Make this a focal point of your kitchen instead of an eyesore. Good luck on your project.

Thanks everyone. I figured it was a long shot but ya never know. My better half is short and always had a hard time reaching up into & seeing into the over the stove so we put a standard one on a cart. I know I need to treat the wall before I retile, so thanks for that input. We will probably just back go with straight white
