Replace loose shower tile

I’m regrouping my shower and a bottom tile was loose and I took it off. The adhesive was very soft. The back of the tile has virtually no adhesive so I can reuse it. What’s the best way to waterproof the lid and how to reset the tile. The backer board isn’t plumb and sticks out a little so the tile wasn’t perfectly vertical. Thanks.

I would seal the gap from the tub flange to the backer board. When dry, use something like red guard to water proof it. Then get a marine type adhesive to glue your tile back in place. Then re-caulk with silicon along the whole bottom edge.
