I will be redoing my smaller full bathroom soon, and want to replace the tub.

It's a very old tub, cast iron, and probably 60+ years old. Want to replace it as the drain is rusted, and I'm gonna replace the tile walls. The problem I'm having is finding a replacement. I can't find a tub that goes agains the wall on the left side (drain side) and the 60in length. There's on two walls. Every tub I see is either three wall design or freestanding. Are two alcove tubs even made anymore? I was thinking of just replacing it with a 60x30 shower base, but all bases that size seem to need tile. Trying to not tile anything since in the future it will be a rental unit.

There are two side alcove tubs but they are a special order and more expensive. You can look at the space and expense of building a full or knee wall to enclose the end and use a standard tub or pay for a two sided alcove tub.
