Someone please tell me does the Greenside of the greenboard
gets put on the outside????
I just read where the greenboard facing goes towards the
wall. Messed up by family relatives.
Doing job or redoing job Thursday?

Toni,
Answer to both your posts. Green goes so you can see it. But greenboard is not good as a base for ceramic tile. Use 1/2 in. cement backer board instead -- wherever the tile is going to be.
