Hi. I am about to put a new vanity into my bathroom. I also had a formica type countertop made with a left sidesplash. THe countertop is already laminated. What is the best way to mount the sidesplash so it will be stable? Screw it onto the countertop from underneath (if so, what is the best type of screw to use)? Liquid nail or similar product? Both? None of the above?
Thanks,
Barry Weissglass

Hi Barry, you install the backsplash using any kind of constrution adhesive.Put it on the back and press it against the wall.Once it dries dont forget to caulk the bottom where the backsplsh and the countertop meet.Use silicone caulk.
