It looks like your sink was just glued in place. I don't see any clips holding it up.
Are there any clips under the countertop ?
You'll need an additional method to hold the sink up. Good sink mounting video
You'll need to disconnect the drain.
Drop the sink and clean all the broken silicone off the sink and the countertop.
The surface must be fairly clean.
Reapply a fresh bead of silicone. Reinstall sink and connect undersink supports. Sink support brackets
I am going to put new drywall in my bathroom. I want to tile the whole walls. How should I prep the new walls for tiles? Do I need tape the joints, mud the screws since I will be covering it with tiles? Should I skim coat and prime or skip the skim coat and just Prime the drywall before installing tiles? If some steps are not necessary it would save me some time and effort. Thanks in advance.
Hello All,
I am starting to plan a bathroom remodel. It is a standard bathroom with 1 sink, toilet and tub/shower. I am going to get rid of the tub and install a shower. I plan on doing the demo myself. I also want to move the plumbing for the shower to the right side. Currently the shower plumbing is on the left hand side as your face the tub/shower.
How much should I expect to pay to have the bathroom floor and shower retiled, vanity with sink installed and plumbing moved. Pic of current bathroom. It's not huge.
